PART V — FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Section 25 — Annual report

The Authority shall, not later than 30 September in each year, submit to the President through the Minister, a report of its activities during the immediate preceding calendar year and shall include in such report a copy of the audited accounts of the Authority for that calendar year.
